What we collect

  • Account data. Your email address and a hashed (scrypt) password when you create an account. We never store your password in readable form.
  • Session data. A login session cookie (pb_session) that keeps you signed in.
  • Experiment data. For tests you run, anonymous visitor IDs, variant assignments, and conversion events. Visitor IDs are random and are not linked to real-world identities by us.
  • Usage metering. Aggregate event counts per account, used for plan limits and billing.
  • Site analytics. Marketing and product pages use Google Analytics 4 to measure aggregate traffic and page interactions.

What we don't do

We don't sell your data, we don't share your test data with other customers, and we don't read the contents of your experiments for advertising.

Third parties

Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. Analytics are processed by Google under their terms.

Contact-form submissions — your name, email, phone if you provide it, and your message — are forwarded to our contact-gateway provider so the team can respond.

Deleting your data

Deleting a test removes its variants, events, and history. Deleting your account removes your tests and personal data. You can reach us at any time through the in-product dashboard.
